Don't walk run for a burger here! Special place at OKI! My husband - who is recovering from surgery - ate like he was 18 yo ordering a dog and burger. Be very prepared for the large burger. The patty is massive! Veggies are fresh and tasty. Fries hot! Diner style place with booths and bar only 5 seats but to go is always a nice option. Really great staff. Everything hot and tasty! Perfect little snack cafe on Oak Island!! No frills, come in for hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches all at extremely reasonable rates with fast and friendly service. Perfect for on the go vacationers! We love!!
One of the best hamburgers ever made! Casual, local family owned lunchtime burger "joint." Always busy, especially during the summer beach season when folks line up for these awesome flavor bombs. There are some other sandwich options, but ... Get a large cheeseburger or bacon cheeseburger with fries. You'll thank me later! Yum!
best burgers ever still! We have been eating these burgers since she was on pier. And Kim is carrying on her mother's tradition. This time we tried splitting fries, hoping I could finish the smalll burger..no luck. lol Messy all the way is the only way to go! I do like the crinkle cut fries they used to serve better than the shoe string they have now. Onion Rings are always on point. This place is a monument to just a good burger!
